U-shaped duct production line

Another option is the U-shaped model, which consists of material racks, leveling and pressing units, sharp edge and square edge punch units, cutting units, clamp units, pusher robot units, double-machine联动 angle iron & TDF flange forming units, and automatic bending units; in addition to the above standard configuration, both types of duct production lines can be customized with support hole punching units, punching units, and forming units for C & S flange connections, and the U-shaped duct production line can be equipped with buckle-type clamp units for processing small-sized ducts, making it a truly fully automatic production line.

These production lines are characterized by their high efficiency, capable of manufacturing small-section "□" shaped ducts. The small-section processing can be as small as 200×200mm for common-plate flanged ducts.
