Air Duct Production Line IV

The Windpipe Production Line IV is composed of material racks, leveling and pressing units, bevel and square cutting units, cutting units, bending units, displacement flanging units, gripping robotic arms, and double-mechanism联动 angle iron & TDF flange forming units. The entire production process is controlled by a servo system.

This production line boasts advantages such as a small footprint, low energy consumption, ease of relocation, and high efficiency, capable of manufacturing various sizes of rectangular ducts. The control section features an independent operation console; the control system is equipped with a closed-loop feedback system, significantly enhancing precision and stability. The automatic duct production line has an feeding speed of 15M/MIN, with a length error of ±0.5mm and a diagonal error of ±0.8mm.
