Air Duct Production Line III

The Air Duct Production Line III consists of a material rack, leveling and flanging unit, sharp edge cutting unit, square edge cutting unit, cutting unit, and bending unit. The standard configuration includes the sharp edge and square edge cutting units required for manufacturing TDF flanged ducts, with the square edge cutting unit also suitable for producing TDC flanged ducts. The bending unit can process right-angle ribs that match the joint, as well as bend sheet material into "mouth" or "L" shapes, which are then processed into joints by a mandrel machine for use in TDC flanged ducts, significantly improving material utilization and reducing labor intensity and labor force. The electrical control section of this production line utilizes full computer control, featuring a closed-loop feedback system, which notably enhances precision and stability. Its maximum working speed is 16 meters per minute. The length error is ±0.5MM, and the diagonal error is ±0.8MM. This system can meet the production capacity of 1000M2 square ducts in a single shift.
