Air Duct Production Line V (Linear)

As labor costs continue to rise and profits decline due to competition, the common goal among duct manufacturers is to create the most value with the fewest workers. To meet diverse customer needs, we have developed two types of duct production V-lines: one is linear, consisting of material racks, leveling and embossing units, sharp mouth punch units, square mouth punch units, cutting units, displacement gasket units, gripping mechanical arm units, double-machine联动 angle iron & TDF flange forming units, and automatic bending units.

Another type is the U-shaped model, which is composed of material racks, leveling and pressing units, sharp edge punching units, square edge punching units, cutting units, clamp units, pusher robotic arm units, double-machine联动 angle iron & TDF flange forming units, and automatic bending units. In addition to the above standard configuration, both types of duct production lines can be customized with support hole punching units, punching units and forming units required for C & S flange connections, and the U-shaped duct production line can also be equipped with snap-type clamp units for processing small-sized ducts, making it a truly fully automatic production line.
