In recent years, with the continuous upgrade of environmental protection equipment, especially for river aeration and mixing treatment, due to the inconvenience of municipal electricity supply and potential safety hazards, our company has actively developed this series of products. The new energy photovoltaic (wind) dual power generation system has been successfully applied in the environmental water treatment industry. Our company, in collaboration with several well-known listed enterprises, has organized professional technical teams to jointly develop and design floating boat series photovoltaic (wind) power generation systems for municipal river aeration, mixing, and oxygenation, as well as for generating electricity in municipal landscape equipment.

Solar aeration pumps are installed floatingly, unaffected by water level changes, and easy to relocate.The complete set of equipment has a service life of over 15 years. All metal parts of the machine are made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel, which prevents rust.

Solar aeration systems continuously circulate (main water flow + induced flow) and oxygenate, gradually making the dissolved oxygen (DO) in large water areas more uniform, approaching the oxygen content of surface water. This results in a significant increase in dissolved oxygen in the middle and lower layers, up to 3-5 times their original level.

An oxygen-rich environment boosts the vitality of aerobic organisms, accelerating their metabolism, thereby speeding up the degradation of pollutants in water, significantly enhancing the water's self-purifying ability. This promotes the active respiration of aerobic organisms, reduces the content of carbon compounds in water, adjusts the pH level of the water, and facilitates the mineralization and precipitation of phosphates.

Solar aeration equipment composition:

Solar Oxygenation Aeration System, fully powered by solar panels and MPPT controller, consists of customized oxygenation equipment, floatation devices, connection frames, and other components, all connected into an orderly whole through the connection frames.

Solar Aerator Operation Instructions:

Before opening the system, ensure that all components are properly linked.

2. If the photovoltaic panels and inverters are properly connected, the indicator light on the front panel of the inverter will be green and flickering; otherwise, it's not connected properly. Staff need to use a multimeter to check for voltage at the output terminal of the inverter and inspect for any breaks in the AC circuit, etc.

3. If the inverter and control system are properly connected, the indicator light below the inverter's front panel will be green. Otherwise, if not properly connected, staff should use a multimeter to check for voltage at the inverter's output terminal and inspect for any open circuits in the AC lines, etc.

4. Check if the connection wires for the electrical cabinet and distribution box are loose and ensure the cabinet contains devices such as circuit breakers and surge protectors, verifying their proper function and integrity of the connections.

5. Turn on the control system switch and make sure it is connected to the inverter.

6. After completing the aforementioned checks and identifying any errors, open the DC input and bypass input circuit breakers of the inverter. At this point, the inverter will start up, with its LCD display and indicator lights illuminating. Next, switch on the AC output, and the system will be operational.

7. The inverter is an intelligent instrument, with many functions operating automatically and manual operation is prohibited.
