Well-type vacuum heat treatment furnace

Scope: Vacuum heat treatment furnaces are standard energy-saving batch operation furnaces, primarily used for heating in heat treatment workshops of industries such as special steel, high-speed steel, alloy steel, fasteners, copper materials, copper rods, copper tubes, wires, welding wires, drawn wires, aluminum wires, environmental protection equipment, and machinery matching enterprises.

Temperature Requirements: ∵ There are high-temperature, medium-temperature, and low-temperature furnace types for vacuum annealing ovens. The high-temperature furnace is for temperatures up to 1000°C, the medium-temperature furnace up to 800°C, and the low-temperature furnace up to 650°C. Select the appropriate furnace type based on the product characteristics. Furnace dimensions and load capacity are customized according to customer requirements.

Control: Utilizes contactors, thyristors, solid-state, modules, electronic digital display, intelligent digital display, computers, PID, PIC, remote control, centralized control, programmed control. Records include Chinese diagrams, long circular diagrams with multiple paper recorders, and can also use liquid crystal paperless recorders for recording.

Structure: The furnace is constructed with modular assembly using all-fiber molybdenum silicate spun felt. The furnace bottom is lined with light-weight insulating bricks and heavy-duty refractory bricks. Heating elements are电阻丝 and resistance strips. The furnace shell is made of steel plates and sections. The furnace cover is driven by mechanical transmission; specific configurations are designed according to customer requirements and furnace temperature.
