It boasts strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, crystallization, or spalling, and is pollution-free with a long service life.

Control system features a touchscreen interface.PLCControl, equipped withPIDAdjustment, automatic control, and auto-tuning function.50Programmable with section programming, capable of setting various heating, constant temperature, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy.

Protective devices feature independent protection: (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, disconnection, power failure, leakage, short-circuit, etc.).

4During the working process, generally below 300℃ and the heating rate should not be too fast. This is because, when heating starts, the furnace is cold and requires a large amount of heat to be absorbed.

Friendly Reminder
