This equipment incorporates advanced technology, featuring an independently developed energy-saving and environmentally friendly new electric furnace. It boasts a scientifically and rationally designed structure, with an aesthetically pleasing and generous appearance, advanced and reasonable construction, and simple and convenient operation. The housing is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, precision-machined on CNC machines, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process. It is resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, and fading over time.
This furnace utilizes high-quality resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod as heating elements, features a double-layer furnace shell with an air insulating layer, maintaining a low surface temperature of the furnace shell. It boasts uniform temperature distribution, with the surface temperature of the double-layer heat-insulating furnace body close to room temperature, and adjustable rates for heating, maintaining, and cooling. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported high-temperature composite fiber materials using CNC technology, offering strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, crystallization, or slagging, no pollution, and a long service life.
The control system utilizes microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology and touch screen PLC control, featuring PID regulation, automatic control, and auto-tuning capabilities. It offers 50-stage program programming and can be programmed for various heating, constant temperature, and cooling processes, with high temperature control accuracy. The level of automation is high, and all indicators have reached advanced levels.
Protective devices feature independent protection mechanisms: (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, coupling failure, power failure, leakage, short circuit, etc.).
Additionally, through our independently developed control software, the electric furnace can be connected to the computer, enabling remote control of single or multiple furnaces, starting and stopping the furnace, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, and printing historical curves.
