It is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, featuring heating elements and a wind-cooling system between the double-layer furnace shells for rapid temperature drop. The furnace boasts even temperature distribution, low surface temperature of the furnace body, fast heating and cooling rates, and energy-saving advantages. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported composite alumina fiber material using CNC technology, offering strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent corrosion resistance, no collapse, crystallization, or slagging, and no pollution, with a long service life. The control system utilizes microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, featuring PID regulation, automatic control, self-tuning functions, multi-step program programming, and the ability to create various heating, holding, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy.
