Product Introduction

This series of equipment is suitable for research institutions, colleges and universities, and industrial and mining enterprises for experimentation and production.

Primarily used for high-temperature precise annealing, microcrystallization, ceramic glaze preparation, mold annealing, powder metallurgy, plastic powder experimentation, sintering of nanomaterials, metal part quenching, and heat treatment with high-temperature process requirements.

 

Product Features

Shell made of high-quality_Double-layered design of cold-rolled steel plate, shell paint baked at high temperature for durability and longevity.

Equipped with a forced-air cooling system, the furnace boasts features such as even temperature distribution, low surface temperature, and rapid temperature rise and fall rates.

The vacuum system features specially designed operation, high vacuum levels, and minimal vacuum leakage (ultimate vacuum: 10-5 Pa).

The sealing system utilizes stainless steel flanges and high-temperature-resistant O-ring seals on the furnace tube. Gas flows through a flowmeter and is controlled by a needle valve. The valve control is equipped with an inlet valve, exhaust valve, and vacuum pump valve, capable of filling with inert gases such as nitrogen and argon.

The furnace膛 is constructed using imported composite alumina fiber material through CNC technology, achieving a 30% energy-saving compared to traditional electric furnaces.

The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, featuring 50-stage program programming, and is capable of setting various heating, constant temperature, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy.

Factory environment

1. Indoor use;

2. Environmental temperature: ±5 to 45°C range.

3. The relative humidity of the surrounding environment does not exceed 85%.

4. No conductive dust, explosive gases, or gases that can severely damage metals and cause insulation corrosion are present around the stove.

Safety Protection

1. When using an electric furnace for the first time or after a long period of disuse, it is necessary to dry the furnace to prevent cracking of the furnace chamber.

2. Keep the equipment clean and regularly inspect the electrical furnace wiring for secure connections.

3. When using the electric furnace, the temperature must not exceed the rated temperature to prevent damage to the heating elements. It is prohibited to pour various flammable liquids or melted metals into the furnace.

4. During the process, the temperature should generally not exceed 300℃ and the rate of temperature increase should be moderate. This is because, at the beginning of the heating process, the furnace is cold and requires a significant amount of heat to be absorbed.

Friendly Reminder

Do not operate the equipment at the rated temperature for extended periods to ensure its normal service life.

2. Carefully count and verify the quantity of goods and accessories upon receipt to avoid any inconvenience caused by under-shipping or missing items.

3. To extend the lifespan of the instrument, we recommend that the heating and cooling rates do not exceed 10℃/min.

4. The cooling rate should not exceed 5°C/min.

5. This furnace does not have a vacuum-sealed structure, thus it is not suitable for introducing flammable or explosive gases.

6. After some use, the furnace chamber may develop minor cracks, which is a normal occurrence and will not affect operation. These can be repaired using an alumina coating.
