The high-temperature trolley furnace is a energy-saving periodic operation furnace in compliance with national standards, utilizing ultra-energy-saving fiber structure with energy and electricity savings up to 60%. It features a composite high-alumina magnetic pin assembly, trolley collision-proof and sealed bricks, integrated rail, automatic sealed furnace door, and trolley, ready for use without installation. Suitable for heat treatment of high manganese steel castings, high-chromium, steel balls, nodular cast iron, rolling mill rolls, stainless steel quenching and annealing, and various mechanical parts.
The high-temperature trolley furnace consists of several parts, including the furnace shell, lining, heating elements, furnace door, and trolley. The furnace shell is made by welding steel plates and shaped steel. The lining is a fibrous structure, using high-quality long fiber felt as raw material, which saves energy by 60% compared to traditional brick-lined furnace chambers. The heating elements are made of high-alloy resistance wire and are spiral-shaped, placed on the lining and trolley bricks. The lifting and lowering of the furnace door and the in and out movement of the trolley are driven by electric减速机构. The furnace body can be freely moved for easy loading and unloading of materials, and the furnace shells are equipped with new sealing components, enhancing the sealing performance.
