This equipment incorporates advanced technology, featuring a self-developed, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly new type of electric furnace. It boasts a scientifically and reasonably designed structure, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance, advanced and rational construction, and easy operation. The shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, processed by precision CNC machine tools, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spray painting process. It is resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, and fading over time.
This furnace boasts even temperature distribution, a double-layer thermal insulation body with surface temperatures close to room temperature, adjustable heating, holding, and cooling rates, and is constructed using imported high-temperature composite fiber materials via CNC technology. It features strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, crystallization, or spalling, no pollution, and a long service life.
The control system features a touch screen PLC control with PID adjustment, automatic control, and auto-tuning capabilities. It offers 50-step programming and can be programmed for various heating, constant-temperature, and cooling programs, ensuring high temperature control accuracy.
The protective device utilizes independent protection: (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, disconnection, power failure, leakage, short circuit, etc.).

Additionally, through our independently developed control software, the electric furnace can be connected to a computer, enabling remote control of a single or multiple furnaces, starting and stopping the furnace, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, and printing historical curves.
