This equipment incorporates advanced technology, featuring an energy-saving and environmentally friendly new type electric furnace developed and produced independently. The equipment boasts a scientifically and reasonably designed structure, with an aesthetically pleasing and generous appearance. It is simple and convenient to operate, made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed by precise CNC machines. The exterior is finished with luxurious and beautiful dual-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying technology, which is resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, and fading over time.
This furnace utilizes high-quality resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod as the heating element, featuring a double-layered shell with air insulating layer, which maintains a low surface temperature of the shell. It boasts advantages such as uniform temperature field, close to room temperature surface temperature of the double-layered heat-resistant body, adjustable heating, holding, and cooling rates, and the furnace chamber is constructed from imported high-temperature composite fiber material through CNC technology, exhibiting strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to sudden cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, non-collapsed, non-crystallized, non-fragmented, pollution-free, and a long service life.
The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, with a touch screen PLC control. It features PID adjustment, automatic control, and auto-tuning capabilities, with 50-stage program programming, capable of creating various heating, constant temperature, and cooling programs, offering high temperature control accuracy. It boasts a high level of automation, with all indicators reaching advanced levels.
Protective devices feature independent protection: (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, un-mating, power failure, leakage, short circuit, etc.).
Additionally, through our independently developed control software, the electric furnace can be connected to a computer, allowing for remote control of a single or multiple furnaces, starting and stopping the furnaces, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, and printing historical curves.
