1. The working principle of the bulk bag unpacking machine

Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag strap of the packaging bag on the rigid bracket.

2. Operate the hoist to lift and move along the guide rail to the top of the unloading area, then lower the packaging bag to the position of the operation box.

3. The opening device features an artificial opening gloves box (recyclable for ton bag) and a rotating blade cutting device (non-recyclable for ton bag) for customer selection. After unpacking, materials start to flow down the pipeline trough under gravity. Discharging is achieved with a spiral feed hopper. To ensure smooth flow of materials within the packaging bags and pipelines, a bag tapper mechanism repeatedly strikes the packaging bags to break up lumps and facilitate the smooth descent of materials, ensuring no residue remains in the ton bags.
