1. Operation Principle of Ton Bag Unbunding Machine

Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag strap of the packaging bag onto the rigid bracket.

2. Operate the crane to lift and move along the walking guide rail to the top of the unloading area, then lower the packaging bag to the position of the operation box.

3. The bag opening unit is available in two types for customer selection: manual bag opening with a glove box (ton bags are recyclable) and a rotating blade bag opening unit (ton bags are not recyclable). After unpacking, the material begins to be discharged along the pipeline chute under the force of gravity. Discharging is achieved using a impeller feeder. To ensure smooth flow of the material within the packaging bags and pipelines, the bag tamping mechanism repeatedly strikes the packaging bags to break up clumps inside and facilitate the smooth descent of the material, ensuring no residue remains in the ton bags.

4. Material discharge complete, hoist mechanism raised, manually operate the electric hoist to lift, and remove the empty bags.
