1. Principle of Operation for Bulk Bag Unloading Machine

Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag rope of the packaging bag on the rigid bracket.

2. Operate the hoist to lift and move along the guide rail to the top of the unloading area, then lower the packaging bag to the position of the operation box.

3. We offer two types of bag-opening devices for customer selection: an artificial opening glove box (for recyclable ton bags) and a rotating blade cutting device (for non-recyclable ton bags). After unpacking, materials start to flow down the pipeline trough under gravity. The unloading process uses a screw feeder, and to ensure smooth flow of materials within the packaging bags and pipelines, a bag-tapping mechanism repeatedly strikes the packaging bags to break up clumps and facilitate the material's descent, ensuring no residue remains in the ton bags.

4. Material discharge complete, hoist mechanism raised, manually operate the electric hoist to lift, and hoist out the empty bag.
