1. Principle of Operation for Ton Bag Unpacking Machine

Lower the electric hoist and hang the rope of the packaging bag on the rigid bracket.

2. Operate the crane to lower and move along the guide rail to the area above the unloading zone, and lower the packaging bags to the position of the operation box.

3. The bag opening device offers two options for customers: manual bag opening gloves box (ton bags are recyclable) and a rotating blade cutting device (ton bags are not recyclable). After unpacking, materials start to be discharged along the pipeline chute under the force of gravity. Discharging is achieved using a impeller feeder. To ensure smooth flow of materials within the packaging bags and pipelines, a bag tamping mechanism repeatedly strikes the packaging bags to break up clumps and facilitate smooth material descent, guaranteeing no residue left in the ton bags.

4. Material discharge complete, hoist mechanism elevated, manual operation of the electric hoist raises, lifting out the empty bag.
