Section 1. Working Principle of Bulk Bag Unpacker

Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag rope of the packaging bag onto the rigid bracket.

2. Operate the crane to lift and move along the walking guide rail to the area above the unloading zone, then lower the packaging bag to the level of the operation box.

3. The opening device includes an artificial unloading glove box (ton bag is recyclable) and a rotating blade cutting device (ton bag is non-recyclable), for customer selection. After unloading, the material starts to flow along the pipeline chute under gravity. The unloading is done using a impeller feeder. To ensure smooth flow of material within the packaging bag and pipeline, a bag tamping mechanism repeatedly beats the packaging bag to break up clumps and allow the material to fall smoothly, ensuring no residue remains in the ton bag.

4. Material discharge complete, lifting bag mechanism raised, manually operate the electric hoist to lift, and remove the empty bag.
