1. The working principle of the bulk bag unpacking machine

Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag strap of the packaging bag onto the rigid bracket.

2. Operate the crane's lifting and walking, running along the walking guide rail to the top of the unloading area and lowering, positioning the packaging bag at the operation box level.

3. Our unloading equipment includes an artificial unloading glove box (recyclable for ton bags) and a rotating blade cutting device (non-recyclable for ton bags), allowing customers to choose. After unloading, materials begin to flow along the pipeline trough under gravity. The unloading process uses a impeller feeder. To ensure smooth flow of materials within the packaging bags and pipelines, the bag tamping mechanism repeatedly tamps the packaging bags to break up clumps and facilitate the material's descent, ensuring no residue remains in the ton bags.

4. Material discharge complete, lifting mechanism elevated, manually operate the electric hoist to lift, and remove the empty bags.
