1. The operating principle of the bulk bag unpacking machine

Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag rope of the packaging bag on the rigid bracket.

2. Operate the crane's lifting and movement, guiding it along the travel track to the upper area of the unloading zone, and lowering the packaging bags to the position of the operation box.

3. Our bag opening unit features two options: an artificial bag-opening glove box (recyclable for ton bags) and a rotating blade cutting device (non-recyclable for ton bags). After unpacking, materials start to unload along the pipeline chutes under gravity. The unloading is facilitated by a impeller feeder. To ensure smooth flow of materials within the bags and pipelines, a bag-tapping mechanism repeatedly strikes the packaging bags, breaking up clumps and allowing materials to fall freely, guaranteeing no residue remains in the ton bags.
