Section 1: Working Principle of Bag Unpacking Machine

Lower the electric hoist and hang the rope of the packaging bag on the rigid bracket.

2. Operate the crane's lifting and walking, move along the walking guide rail to the top of the unloading area, and lower the packaging bag to the position of the operation box.

3. Our bag opening system offers two options for customers: manual unbagging gloves box (recyclable ton bags) and a rotating blade cutting device (non-recyclable ton bags). After unbagging, materials start to flow out along the pipeline chute under gravity. The unloading is achieved using a paddle feed machine. To ensure smooth flow of materials within the packaging bags and pipes, a bag tamping mechanism repeatedly tamps the bags to break up any lumps and facilitate the materials' descent, guaranteeing no residue left in the ton bags.

4. Material unloading complete, hoisting mechanism raised, manually operate the electric hoist to lift, and hoist out the empty bags.
