The outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, processed by precision CNC machines, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process. The furnace features uniform temperature distribution, a double-layer insulating body with surface temperatures close to room temperature, adjustable rates for heating, holding, and cooling, and is constructed using imported high-temperature composite fiber materials via CNC technology. It boasts strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid temperature changes, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slagging, no pollution, and a long service life.
The control system features a touch screen PLC with PID adjustment, automatic control, and self-tuning capabilities, offering 50-program step programming. It can be programmed for various heating, constant-temperature, and cooling processes, ensuring high temperature control accuracy.
The protective device utilizes independent protection: (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, disconnection, power failure, leakage, short circuit, etc.).
