One. Working Principle of the Ton Bag Unbundler

Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag strap of the packaging bag on the rigid bracket.

2. Operate the crane to lift and move along the walking guide rail to the top of the unloading area, then lower the packaging bags to the position of the operation box.

3. We offer two types of bag opening systems for customer selection: an artificial bag opening glove box (recyclable for ton bags), and a rotating blade bag opening device (non-recyclable for ton bags). After unpacking, the material begins to discharge along the pipeline trough under gravity. The discharge is facilitated by a spiral feeder. To ensure smooth flow of the material inside the packaging bags and pipes, a bag-tapping mechanism repeatedly taps the packaging bags to break up clumps and facilitate the material's descent, ensuring no residue remains inside the ton bags.

4. Material discharge complete, lifting bag mechanism raised, manually operate the electric hoist to lift, and remove the empty bag.
